From the article ,we know that,smokes give good impact to the smokers,It is true ,there is a good effect such as it makes the smokers become alert ,focus,relax,confident and feel more matured,but the bad impact is greater than the good impact.The influence from the smokes are,the person who smokes will addicted and they will try again and again.Besides that,smokes is all about wasting money and harmful ‘stuff’that will make the smokers suffer in the whole life by the Diseasis that normally attack the smokers such as asthma,lung cancer,emphysema and ulcer. One of the effects is lung cancer and also mouth cancer. Those kinds of illnesses are very pitiful. So, when people have lung cancer is really difficult to breath for them. So, they have to recieve special attention in the hospital, they have to be conected to an artificial breathing. So,we can said, it is a slow death.Many people get effect by cigarettes. but this kind of people smoke indirectly. The passive smokers recieve damage by people who smoke next to them.

To conclude, smoking is bad for our health, because it produces a lot of damage and in extreme cases, the death. Smoking is like a slow death, so if you are smoker, you are in risk, you are dying, so be careful with that.

Introduction:

The story started when summer meet tom at the office,the place where tom works,summer is a new assistance for his boss.Everyday they get closer to each other,but summer says that she does not believe in true love and does not want a boyfriends.One day their relationship breakup,but tomdoes nottake th breakup well .In another day,summer invite tom to her party at her apartment.He attends the party,and leave the party after he saw summer wearing a ring.

On day 488 ,summer meet tom at his favourite place,when tom asked for the explanation about her action towards tom,she says that tom was right about the existence of the true love,but the true love that she’s found is not tom but towards another guys that she meet.

One day tom walked in interview for the job,fortunately he found a beautiful woman that also attends the interview,after makes some conversation ,tom asked the woman to have a cup of coffee afterwards,the woman agreed,.He asked her name and he replies “autumn”.

Moral values:

· Always be prepare on any possabilities that will happen in our life

· Believe that there is always an oppurtunities to come

· Believe in true love

· Never hurt the one that we love

· We cannot aspect that we can get anything we want

The character that I like the most:

I admire tom the most because he is cool man,although he faced a big problem such as he breakup with the one that he love .He is romantic and gentleman .But the best thing that make this character become interesting is his determination to started a new life eventhough he just

breakup with summer.

Opinion about the movie:

For the starting of the story its look like a boring movie,but when I watch half of the movie its become more interesting ,and force myself to watch the movie till the end.There is many message from the story but it needs full of attention to discover what the message is.Lastly,this movie has very good ending.

Conclusion:

The story teach me that true love is exist ,never fooling around with love because it is all about the somebody’s feeling and Just be honest on love.

Introduction:

Two months after a mutated strain of mad cow disease has turned most humans into zombies,. Columbus a college students is on the way to Columbus.On the way to the Columbus he faced a lot of zombies attacked,but he still survive,one day he meet Tallahassee,the man who in the journey to find the last twinkies in the world.They travel together .They meet 2 sisters Wichita and little rock in the grocery.Both ,Wichita and Little rock trap them .After that both of the sister steal their weapon and vehicle.The problem forced them to travel by walking,but suddenly they found a new truck loaded with weapon,they go the journey by the truck but unfortunately once again they meet the the sisters.Columbus suggest that they should travel together.on the way journey they become closer and finally become a family.

Moral values:

· There is no “I” in the team

· When we works as a team ,everthing will become more easier

Character that I like the most:

The character that I admire the most is Columbus,because he is brilliant person,he suggest that they should travel together and the idea is fair for 4 of them and also prevent them from fighting .Eventhough he is like a naïve person he is very humor and kindhearted person.

Opinion about the movie:

The movie is totally amazing ,because of the comedy and the plot of the story.In the movie there is an element that avoid the movie become boring.

Conclusion:

The story teach me that we should help people eventhough they make us feel hurt.

the power of time

Everyday we are doing a lot of activities without thinking the time passed by,we eat lunch,jogging with friends,watching movies and everthing we do the time is still ticking,it is impossible to stop the time from keep running.Time is important because time is the measurement of what happens. Without time, the beginning of the universe would be frozen in place. Our evolution and our existence would not have happened. It would be the same as it was at the very beginning.
Time in another point of view is very important still. You can't or at least don't know a way to stop time or go back or forward in time. You can not slow time down, and you can not speed it up.
An example would be this ,if time would freeze right now for about 2 minutes, we would all be frozen. In fact, we would be as dead as we are alive right now. It would be like that for the 2 minutes. And then you would suddenly come back to life, not remembering anything that happened or would have happened in that gap. The good thing is, that probably will never happen.

Time can not be tampered with. it is so limited, and goes by so quickly. You cannot slow it down, but you can live each moment, appreciate it and savor it,you can make sure you don't squander it or waste it. That is the best you can do. The worst you can do is pay no attention to it,because when it's gone, it's gone.By the time we grow up from the small,cute baby to tall,tough and handsome man.Time teach us everyday to be meatured,we learn something from the past.Because learning from the past or experience is the best teacher in the whole life.People will be think something unic and brilliant idea such as how to create things that can save our time and energy ,from that a new inovation were created like excalator,lift,aeroplane ,car,boat and so on.This such thing will improve our ability and quality in life.By this inovation ,people will meet each other on time,business have a great potential to develop,a huge building will be makes and many thing become more easier and simpler.
Beside that,those who can manage their time wisely ,they are the real wise person. Nowadays people didnt knew how to spent their time with family,they should not keep the quote "time is money"as their guide in life.Because money is not everything in life,family must be the priority.Because they are the person who always behind us and support us ,no matter how big the problem that we faced.So we should spent much time with them,as there is a chance to make it.Time will keep running,and there should be a nice moment together with family.
lastly, without time there is no motion. every motion needs the time.
so without motion you can't talk, you can't walk, you can't drive, you can't eat and
if eating,driving, walking and talking are important, so TIME is important.that is the power of time

Your brain needs exercise just like a muscle. If you use it often and in the right ways, you will become a more skilled thinker and increase your ability to focus. But if you never use your brain, or abuse it with harmful chemicals, your ability to think and learn will deteriorate.

1. Minimize Television Watching – This is a hard sell. People love vegetating in front of the television, myself included more often than I’d like. The problem is watching television doesn’t use your mental capacity OR allow it to recharge. It’s like having the energy sapped out of a muscle without the health benefits of exercise.
Don’t you feel drained after a couple hours of TV? Your eyes are sore and tired from being focused on the light box for so long. You don’t even have the energy to read a book.
When you feel like relaxing, try reading a book instead. If you’re too tired, listen to some music. When you’re with your friends or family, leave the tube off and have a conversation. All of these things use your mind more than television and allow you to relax.
2. Exercise – I used to think that I’d learn more by not exercising and using the time to read a book instead. But I realized that time spent exercising always leads to greater learning because it improves productivity during the time afterwards. Using your body clears your head and creates a wave of energy. Afterwards, you feel invigorated and can concentrate more easily.
3. Read Challenging Books – Many people like to read popular suspense fiction, but generally these books aren’t mentally stimulating. If you want to improve your thinking and writing ability you should read books that make you focus. Reading a classic novel can change your view of the world and will make you think in more precise, elegant English. Don’t be afraid to look up a word if you don’t know it, and don’t be afraid of dense passages. Take your time, re-read when necessary, and you’ll soon grow accustomed to the author’s style.
Once you get used to reading challenging books, I think you’ll find that you aren’t tempted to go back to page-turners. The challenge of learning new ideas is far more exciting than any tacky suspense-thriller.
4. Early to Bed, Early to Rise – Nothing makes it harder to concentrate than sleep deprivation. You’ll be most rejuvenated if you go to bed early and don’t sleep more than 8 hours. If you stay up late and compensate by sleeping late, you’ll wake up lethargic and have trouble focusing. In my experience the early morning hours are the most tranquil and productive. Waking up early gives you more productive hours and maximizes your mental acuity all day.
If you have the opportunity, take 10-20 minute naps when you are hit with a wave of drowsiness. Anything longer will make you lethargic, but a short nap will refresh you.
5. Take Time to Reflect – Often our lives get so hectic that we become overwhelmed without even realizing it. It becomes difficult to concentrate because nagging thoughts keep interrupting. Spending some time alone in reflection gives you a chance organize your thoughts and prioritize your responsibilities. Afterwards, you’ll have a better understanding of what’s important and what isn’t. The unimportant stuff won’t bother you anymore and your mind will feel less encumbered.
I’m not saying you need to sit on the floor cross-legged and chant ‘ommm’. Anything that allows a bit of prolonged solitude will do. One of my personal favorites is taking a solitary walk. Someone famous said, “All the best ideas occur while walking.” I think he was on to something. Experiment to find the activity that works best for you.

from the article above,there are absolutely important things or I can say it is as tips, to improve our intellegence,before I read this stuff, I didnt know that watching television would'nt makes our brains rest .Normally i watch tv to release my tension after the whole day in school but it is not the correct way to take a break because our eye will felt sore and tired from being focus on the light box for so long.besides that, get enough sleep is also good for our brain .Brains is like a folder in human,after we use it ,the folder will be unorganized,so we should have enough sleep as sleep can make our brain rest and it will organized our memory properly.when we wake up in the next morning we will feel very energetic ,and we can give 100% concentration in class.another things is ,we should takes some exercise especially exercise that makes us sweating,beside it's can makes us feel very energetic and healthy,it also will improve our intellegence,my mom always say,exercise will maintain our beauty in the best stage.In addition ,as a muslim,pray is another way that can increase our intellegent,many scientis muslim and non-muslim doing reaserch about solat,they say when we doing prostration in solat,the blood will flow toward the brain,and it makes the brain become oxygenated and bring us to the relax condition.
